Jonathan C. Benitah, Esq.

 

Mr. Benitah has focused the majority of his legal career on the practice of real estate law, specifically in the areas of residential and commercial closings.  Jonathan  has represented buyers, sellers and lenders in real estate transactions  of all types and sizes, ranging from a small condominium unit to a  multi-million dollar development.  Mr. Benitah also has extensive  experience in business and corporate matters, including business asset sale transactions and corporate formations.  
 

Prior to the founding of Jonathan C. Benitah, P.A., Mr. Benitah began  his law career at Holland & Knight in Miami, Florida, and after  spending almost seven years at a boutique transaction law firm in Boca  Raton, Florida, Jonathan decided to open his own law firm and title company.   

Mr. Benitah earned his B.S.B.A. cum laude in General Business  Administration from the University of Central Florida in 2002. Jonathan  earned his law degree cum laude in 2005 from Nova Southeastern  University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where he was a Junior Editor of  the NSU International Citator and Research Project.  While attending law  school, Mr. Benitah's article, ‘Anti-Scalping Laws: Should They be  Forgotten?’ was published in the University of Texas School of Law,  Texas Review of Entertainment and Sports Law.  
 

Mr. Benitah is a native South Floridian and currently resides in North Miami Beach with his wife and three children.
