In  providing our services, we counsel clients on the logistics of  selecting a real estate agent, mortgage broker, or lender, and then work  closely with each of these parties through all phases of the purchase  or sale transaction.  We assist our clients by preparing  the sales contract; representing our client's interests with lending  institutions, brokers and opposing counsel; evaluating and resolving  title issues concerning the property; drafting the closing documents and  closing statements; representing the client at the closing; and  handling the post-closing matters that may arise.

Benitah, P.A. is a licensed and insured title insurance company, acting as an  authorized Title Agent of Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc. / Old  Republic National Title Insurance Company.  We can assist you with all  of your title insurance needs, including the issuance of Owner’s  Policies and Mortgagee (Loan) Policies, and Title Searches.
